IDENTIFY IT:  Specific directions or street address work best.

                           You can give the ID number from the pole.
REPORT IT:    Call 1-800-228-8485 and press #5 from the voice menu or

                           go to and www.progress-energy.com/streetlightrepair fill out the street light outage form.
