Note: Garage Sales at Southern Dunes are held twice a year.  Generally in the months of April and October.

October 18th from 8 AM to 2 PM
Southern Dunes will be holding it's bi-annual Community Garage Sale on Saturday, October 18th from 8 AM to 2 PM. If you want to get on a list of homes participating in the sale. Please let Security at the front gate know your address!
